It is autumn and we approach the Halloween festivities so therefore we would like to draw your attention to our Natural Branding Halloween pumpkins from our Nature & More grower Krispijn. With our laser technology we have prepared the “cut lines” for your very own jack o lantern. As you may know, the jack-o'-lantern pumpkin or turnip lantern is associated with the holiday of Halloween and named after the phenomenon of a strange light flickering over peat bogs.

The world is opening up again. Corona taught us that we can work online much more than we thought, and that’s a good thing for the environment. But sometimes you just have to meet in the reality of farming. Our quality manager Gert-Jan Lieffering and product manager Andrea Dijkhuizen went to South America last month, after a long break. There they visited three wonderful growers: mango grower Joe Roman in Ecuador, passion fruit grower Roberto Vargas, and biodynamic grower Jan Bernard in Peru. As we all know however, an avocado tree is not a factory producing the same sized fruit .. and that is a good thing. Therefore to avoid income losses for our growers and food waste, Eosta is paying some extra attention to the smaller organic avo’s.
