Terra Citrus — Morocco’s home of exotic organic citrus

Along the Sebou River in Morocco, Younes, Rachida and their team at Terra Citrus combine decades of citrus-growing experience with a passion for unusual varieties. The 82-hectare farm, established in 1950 and organically certified since 2015, grows an exceptional range of citrus — from limes and finger lime to yuzu, sudachi, Buddha’s Hand, Meyer lemon and kumquat.

• Finger lime / citrus caviar — available now until January; fresh, zesty pearls ideal for premium culinary applications 
• Combawa / kaffir lime — available now until January; intensely aromatic and particularly suited to culinary and foodservice use
• Budda hand -  available now until January; highly fragrant citrus, prized for its aromatic zest and decorative appeal
