New: year-round organic citrus caviar

Terracitrus remains at the forefront of organic citrus growing with its science-based and taste-oriented approach. Besides limes, Terracitrus also grows other organic, exotic citrus such as yuzu, kaffir lime, citrus caviar (finger lime) and Buddha's hand.

Compared to the previous year, Terracitrus citrus is bigger and juicier this season thanks to favourable weather conditions and innovative ecological pest control.

This success is largely due to the expertise of Moulay Ismail Kadouri, the technical manager at Terracitrus. Known for his in-depth knowledge of citrus trees, and his ability to understand the "language" of the trees, Ismail ensures that each tree receives the right care, at the right time. Thanks to his management, the availability of citrus caviar (finger limes) is now guaranteed year-round.

Limes

Moroccan limes provide breathing space in a tight organic lime market

Demand for organic fruit continues to grow, and organic limes are no exception. Their popularity is being driven partly by increasing demand for cocktails, mocktails and homemade lemonades, as well as their wider use in salads, curries and other dishes. Consumers are also increasingly choosing citrus grown without synthetic pesticides and without post-harvest fungicide treatment.

Pineapple

Healthy soil makes organic pineapples more resilient
