Brussels Sprouts are being rediscovered as healthy and delicious, sometimes even hip and modern as a superfood.  These miniature cabbages contain lots of healthy vitamin C, K and many anti-oxidants. You need to cook them to release some of the healthy phytonutrients (indoles) but don't cook them too long or you will take out the vitamin C! 

We supply sprouts continuously from September to February. What three pickers harvest in the afternoon with the picking machine goes into the refrigerator overnight and is sorted by size the next morning in the highly advanced sorting line, then packaged and shipped to customers.
