Sugarsnaps are a type of legume that combines both the flavour of peas and the crunchiness of pods. They are juicy, sweet and can be eaten whole, either raw or cooked. This versatile vegetable is a delicious addition to salads, stir-fries, and also perfect as a healthy snack.

Organic avocado supply from Mexico is building well, with good volumes and availability expected over the coming months. Currently, availability is strongest in the larger calibres [14–18], while smaller calibres are expected to become more available as the season progresses.
