Biofach 2021: last day. Let's meet!

Friday 19 February is the last day of BIOFACH. Eosta did not host a stand, but we are present and open for meetings. During the opening ceremony a short video of Eosta was shown, which you can see below. Lecture: “Price war or True Cost?”

Friday afternoon from 12 to 13 PM Volkert Engelsman (along with 4 other experts) will discuss the growing role of True Cost Accounting on BIOFACH Livestream 3. The lecture will be held in German and carries the title: „Preisschlacht oder True Cost: Was führt zu einem enkeltauglichen Ernährungssystem?“ (“Price War or True Cost: what brings a sustainable food system closer?”) Don’t miss it.

Moroccan limes provide breathing space in a tight organic lime market

Demand for organic fruit continues to grow, and organic limes are no exception. Their popularity is being driven partly by increasing demand for cocktails, mocktails and homemade lemonades, as well as their wider use in salads, curries and other dishes.
