Red Sea route reopened: faster avocado supply

Good news for logistics: shipping company Maersk has reopened the shipping route via the Red Sea. As a result, our ships - including those carrying Organic Raingrown Avocados from Kenya - no longer have to detour via the Cape of Good Hope.

This has reduced the transit time from departure to arrival to 28 days. The reopened route allows us to deliver faster and significantly reduces the risk of quality loss en route.

That means: more stable availability, lower transport costs and a smaller ecological footprint.
