At a time of increasing water scarcity, Organic Raingrown® demonstrates how organic cultivation using only natural rainwater leads to very substantial water savings — comparable to the daily water consumption of approximately 11 million Europeans.

Organic Raingrown Avocados (ORA) – 1.4 billion litres
With 1.4 billion litres, Organic Raingrown Avocados will make by far the largest contribution to total water savings in 2025. This makes ORAs the backbone of the Organic Raingrown® programme and a structural pillar within the fruit and vegetable range.
Organic Raingrown Oranges (ORO) – 178 million litres
New to the range are Organic Raingrown Oranges (juice oranges) from Peru. Their launch in 2025 was the result of two years of intensive preparation, in collaboration with a cooperative of smallholder farms.
The OROs have been enthusiastically received on the European market and will therefore return to the range in 2026, available from June to September. In 2025, they achieved water savings of 178 million litres.
