Wide culinary use
In December, consumers use limes more often for cooking, baking and drinks. The cocktail and mocktail trend has been visible for some time, and the festive season is the perfect time for these festive drinks.
Organic avocado supply from Mexico is building well, with good volumes and availability expected over the coming months. Currently, availability is strongest in the larger calibres [14–18], while smaller calibres are expected to become more available as the season progresses.

With the European blueberry season gradually coming to an end, the first organic volumes from South America are on their way. Peru will take the lead in the coming weeks, followed by supply from our long-standing growers in Argentina.
