Hello, my name is Sergio Cosi! Together with my family I run this business in Argentina. We produce, process and market organic pears and apples from the high valley of the Negro river and Neuquén, in Argentina.
We grow in line with biodynamic agriculture, building on the ideas of Rudolf Steiner, the founder of anthroposophy. Similar to organic farming, we don’t use industrial fertilizers, pesticides and weedkillers. On top of that we use various herbal and mineral additives for compost and field spray and we make use of an astrological sowing and planting calendar. The starting point is that both animal welfare, the environment and fair trade are taken into account when producing food.

La nouvelle saison des grenades Hicaz bio de Turquie a démarré sous de bons auspices. Après la récolte limitée de l’année dernière, les prévisions de nos deux producteurs attitrés, Göknur et Başak Tarım, sont nettement plus positives. Notre chef de produit, Joep van Koevorden, s’est récemment rendu chez ces deux producteurs afin d’évaluer la nouvelle récolte et de discuter des perspectives pour la saison à venir.

Des tisanes réchauffantes et du « golden milk » aux shots shots fraîchement préparés, en passant par les smoothies et les currys : le gingembre et le curcuma sont des ingrédients polyvalents qui s’accordent parfaitement avec la saison automne-hiver.
