Marokkanische Limetten entlasten den Bio-Markt

Der Markt für Bio-Obst wächst. Auch Bio-Limetten gewinnen an Beliebtheit, unter anderem aufgrund der zunehmenden Beliebtheit von Cocktails, Mocktails und hausgemachten Limonaden sowie durch die breitere Verwendung in Salaten, Currys und anderen Gerichten. Darüber hinaus entscheiden sich Verbraucher bewusster für Zitrusfrüchte, die ohne synthetische Pestizide angebaut und nach der Ernte nicht mit Fungiziden behandelt wurden.
