The market for organic grapes is booming! Between 2013 and 2023, it grew by a whopping 150-200%. Against growth of only 10-30% for conventional grapes. Not surprising, given the growing interest in pure and natural products and a focus on biodiversity conservation. Organic grapes mean less water consumption and CO2 emissions and healthier soil.
With autumn and winter just around the corner, it's time again to plan your overseas grape programme! From week 50, we welcome the first white grapes from South Africa. Followed in January by both red and black grapes from South Africa and Chile. All are seedless!
In addition to South African season, Eosta will, like last year, be the only one to offer organic black and red grapes from Chile. This allows us to supply organic, seedless grapes until week 20.
The quality and availability of grapes look promising this year, also the situation at South African ports seems more stable, so we expect a reliable supply.
Our organic grapes are available in various packaging, including bowl/flow, 4.5 kg in paper bags, and 400-gram bowls.
Reserve your organic overseas grapes in good time. Contact your account manager for more information.
