In this role, you are responsible for the long-term development of our customer base with retailers and wholesalers across Europe.
What will you do?
- Build relationships – Strengthen and expand our customer base with retailers and wholesalers across Europe
- Sales & continuity – Ensure daily sales and planning to keep the organic shelf stable and attractive for customers
- Collaborate with product management & marketing – Drive sales and co-develop new, sustainable products
- Identify trends and opportunities – Spot market developments, create account plans, and periodically analyze sales results
- Stay connected to the market – Visit customers regularly and translate their needs into commercial opportunities
- Support – Work together with a professional Sales Support team that assists you in daily operations
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who::
- Has a bachelor's degree in a commercial field
- Bring several years of experience in the dynamic fresh produce trade and is highly trusted by customers
- Is proficient in both Dutch and German
- Possesses strong persuasive and presentation skills
- Has an affinity with sustainability - organic farming, fair trade and living wage
- Is entrepreneurial, people-orientated, socially skilled and proactive
- Has organizational talent - solution oriented, self critical and flexible
- Is willing to travel within Europe
